1. Nature of Service
PLAYX Sports Club provides indoor and outdoor sports facility access, including court, net, and turf time-slot reservations. All products offered on this platform are sports arena venue booking services, not physical goods.
2. Instant Digital Pass Delivery
Upon successful payment completion via Razorpay:
- Digital Confirmation Pass: Your slot confirmation pass containing your Booking Reference ID, Sport Name, Date, and Time Slot will be delivered immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email to the contact details provided during booking.
- No Shipping Charges: Since all services are digitally fulfilled, no physical shipping or courier delivery fees apply.
3. Facility Check-In Procedure
To access your booked court or turf session at PLAYX Sports Club:
- Arrive at the PLAYX arena desk 10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot start time.
- Present your digital booking pass (on your mobile phone) or provide your registered phone number to our front desk staff for verification.
4. Non-Receipt of Booking Pass & Support
If you do not receive your digital booking confirmation pass within 15 minutes of payment completion:
