1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PLAYX Sports Club website, making an online court reservation, or utilizing our arena facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Accurate Booking Information

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete contact information (Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address) during reservation. PLAYX Sports Club reserves the right to cancel bookings made using fictitious names, invalid phone numbers, or fraudulent payment details.

3. Booking Rules & Court Allocation

• All court and turf slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
• Players must adhere strictly to their booked time slots. Extensions are subject to slot availability and additional hourly rates.
• Management reserves the right to reallocate court numbers within the same sport category if operational maintenance requires it.

4. Arena Conduct & Safety Rules

• Footwear: Players must wear appropriate non-marking sports shoes for indoor courts (Badminton, Table Tennis, Pickleball) and turf shoes for Football/Cricket. Barefoot play or high heels are strictly prohibited.
• Equipment: Players are responsible for handling club nets, floodlights, and property with care. Any willful damage to facility infrastructure will be billed directly to the responsible party.
• Substance Policy: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on PLAYX premises.

5. Liability & Injury Disclaimer

Sports activities carry inherent risks of physical exertion and accidental injury. PLAYX Sports Club, its management, and staff assume no liability for personal injuries, physical distress, or medical emergencies sustained by players or spectators during sessions. Players are advised to warm up adequately and play within their fitness limits. PLAYX is also not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings left unattended in locker rooms or court areas.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with PLAYX Sports Club services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
